Generative Bionics S.R.L. has implemented a whistleblowing
reporting channel called Go-Tell, compliant with the
requirements of Legislative Decree 24/2023.
The
platform allows employees, collaborators, and any other
persons in relationship with Generative Bionics to report
suspected illegal conduct or irregularities, violations of
laws, breaches of the 231 Model and Code of Ethics or gender
equality, and generally violations of procedures and company
provisions, in compliance with Legislative Decree
24/2023.
The management of reports has been
entrusted to an external party possessing the necessary
expertise, autonomy, and independence, who is the only one
with access to the platform and responsible for taking
charge and handling the reports.
The platform
allows submission of reports without the obligation to
register, ensuring the confidentiality required by
Legislative Decree 24/2023.
